- Civil Aviation Authority documents CAP 715 and 716
- Investigate human fallibility
- Familiarisation of the processes, tools and techniques of HF
- The implications of culture on HF
- Application of HF during the design phase of a system or machine and the resulting effects on its manufacture, maintenance, repair, operation, end-of-life disposal
- HF from the user viewpoint
